Thank you for your interest in the products and services of BoothBits.

This Limited Warranty applies to the Physical Goods, purchased from BoothBits (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, BoothBits will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product, that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use & maintenance.

What will we do to correct the Problems?

BoothBits will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts as appropriate to the defect.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from BoothBits is 24mths from date of purchase or notification product is ready for dispatch/collection, whichever is latest.

A replacement Physical Goods or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does the limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunction or damage not resulting in material or workmanship, damage of a product resulting from negligence, unauthorized modification of the product or part, damage caused by natural disaster, nor theft or loss of the product.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and appropriate solution for you. Email sales@boothbits.co.uk in the first instance. You will need to return any item to us, in appropriate wrapping & packaging, as required to prevent further damage during shipping.

Is the warranty transferable?

This Limited Warranty is issued to the purchaser, our client, and not transferable. 3rd Parties can contact us to discuss cover on BoothBits Physical Goods they have purchased elsewhere.
